 \frac{x + 2}{3}  =  \frac{1 - 2x}{5} \\  =  > 5 \times (x + 2 ) = 3 \times (1 - 2x) \\  =  > 5x + 10 = 3 - 6x \\  =  > 5x + 6x = 3 - 10 \\  =  > 11x =  - 7 \\  =  > x =  \frac{ - 7}{11}
