Let A, B & C be the sides of the equilateral ∆le & BC being the base of the ∆le, such that <ABC or <B = 60°

Let A, C & D be the sides of the other ∆le & CD being the base of the ∆le, such that <ACD or <C = 180° - <ABC or <B

= 180° - 60°

= 120°

Now, according to angles and properties -

W.k.t (We know that)

<CAD or <A & <ADC or <D will be equal (Isosceles-angled ∆le property)

Hence,

=  \frac{180 - 120}{2}

=  \frac{60}{2}

= 30

Therefore, the value of x = 30°
