Tell her this fact that she is fat because of her unhealthy lifestyle she will complain about you and tell you that you're a bully but she needs to accept the fact and change her lifestyle. She should eat healthy. Many people even after eating alot of unhealthy things don't get fat there are many reasons for that but You know unhealthy thing still show in their face they are either too skinny or too fat cause of unhealthy lifestyle.
