Yo! @Senpai! xD

The correct answer to this question will be;-->Option D,i.e,ELLE REGARDERA LA TELE CE SOIR. Because, the literal meaning of this sentence would be:-She will watch Television, this evening.(I hope that you know the endings of a verb,in the future simple. Here, there's just a simple future sentence in french. There's no information about the task being completed(in this sentence--SHE WILL WATCH T.V THIS EVENING.).)

The reason why option C,can't be taken into consideration,is that,it would mean;--->She will be watching T.V this evening.(Here the  conjugation of ETRE IS USED.The French future perfect is most commonly used like the English future perfect: to describe an action that will have happened or will be finished by a specific point in the future. But unfortunately,"words like will be",is not present in the sentence,so the option D is likely TO BE appropriate.)

HOPE THAT THIS HELPS YOU!

-TGA. :D
