The three given points are origin, one on x-axis the other on y-axis . Let P be (x,y). We know that are of triangle 

=1/2×base×height 

triangle POA = 2 triangle POB 

∴1/2×4x=±2×1/2×6×y 

or 2x=±6y          or x=±3y 

Hence the required locus of both the parts is (x−3y)(x+3y)=0
