 \frac{0}{0}  =  \frac{(100 - 100)}{(100 - 100)}  \\  \\  =  \frac{ {(10)}^{2}  -  {(10)}^{2} }{10(10 - 10)}  \\  \\  =  \frac{(10 + 10)(10 - 10)}{10(10 - 10)}  \\  \\  = \frac{(10 + 10)}{10}  \\  \\  =  \frac{20}{10}   \\  \\  = 2
