0/0 is an indeterminate  form like ∞/∞ etc

The value of 0/0 can be anything , if you want it to be 20 it will become 20 , if want it to be 1 it can be 1 ,etc

\frac{0}{0} = \frac{10^{2} - 10^{2}  }{10 - 10  }  = \frac{(10 + 10)(10 - 10)}{10 - 10} = \frac{(10 + 10)(1)}{1} = 20                [a² - b² = (a + b)(a - b)]

\frac{0}{0} = \frac{1^{2} - 1^{2}  }{1 - 1  }  = \frac{(1 + 1)(1 - 1)}{1 - 1} = \frac{(1 + 1)(1)}{1} = 2

if you say 0/0 = x , then x values are many
