multiplying both sides by 100 (since 2 numbers are repeating)

➡ 100 × x = 100 × 0.06060606...

➡ 100x = 6.06060606... --------(ii)

subtracting equation (i) from (ii)

➡ 100x - x = 6.06060606... - 0.06060606...

➡ 99x = 6

➡ x = 6/99

➡ x = (2 × 3)/(3 × 33)

➡ x = 2/33

hence, p/q form of 0.06060606... is 2/33.
