0÷(-1/5) solution

PLEASE MARK AS BRAINLIST Answerhis is late but I suppose it'll come to use later for some other k12 kid. For the second problem, you'll wanna divide everything by 4 first just to make things easier. 4x^2 / 4 -36x/4 32/4 = 0/4 This would equal to: x^4 - 9 + 8 = 0 Then, find two numbers that multiply to make 8, but add to make -9. (If that makes sense...forgot the name of the rule.) List the factors of 8 and see what you're working with. 1, 8 -1, -8 2, 4 -2, -4 -1 and -8 multiply to make 8 and add to make -9. (-1 - 8 = -9); (-1 * -8 = 8) Now we can plug this into the equation. (x - 1) (x - 8) = 0 So, x - 1 = 0 and x - 8 = 0 Now simplify: x = 1; x = 8
