Answer:

1st term = 4×1-10=-6

2nd term=4×2-10=-2

common difference=-2+6=4

16th term=4×16-10=64-10=54

Answer:

4n-10

Its first term will be n=1

4-10=-6

Its second term will be n=2

8-10=-2

It's third term will be n=3

12-10=2

Common difference

-2-(-6)=-2+6=4

2-(-2)=2+2=4

Therefore common difference is 4

16 term

an=a+(n-1)d

=-6+(16-1)4

=-6+60=54
