0.18(5x-4)=0.5x+0.6

 \frac{18}{100} (5x - 4) =  \frac{5x}{10}  +  \frac{6}{10}

 \frac{900x}{100}  -  \frac{32}{100}  =   \frac{5x}{10}  +  \frac{6}{10}

 \frac{90x}{10}  -  \frac{32}{100}  =  \frac{5x}{10}  +  \frac{60}{100}

 \frac{90x}{10}  -  \frac{5x}{10}  =  \frac{60}{100}  +  \frac{32}{100}

 \frac{90x - 5x}{10}  =  \frac{60 + 32}{100}

 \frac{85x}{10}  =  \frac{92}{100}

x =  \frac{92}{100}  \times  \frac{10}{85}

x =  \frac{920}{8500}

x =  \frac{92}{850}
