100 ml of 0.3 N HCl solution is mixed with 200 ml of 0.6 N H2SO4 solution. Therefore the normality of H2SO4 in the final solution is calculated as follows;

HCl = 0.3 x 100

= 30

Therefore milli equivalents of H2SO4 = 200 x 0.6

= 120

Thus we can say that 30 milliequivalents of H2SO4 is the amount that neutralizes 30 milliequivalents of HCl

And thus we can say that normality = milliequivalents devided by total volume

Normality = 120 - 30/300

Normality = 0.3
