 \frac{ \sqrt{0.2304} + \sqrt{0.1764} }{ \sqrt{0.2304} + \sqrt{0.1764} }

Now here both the numerator and denominator are of the same value
that's why they will cancel out each other.

So,
 \frac{ \sqrt{0.2304} + \sqrt{0.1764} }{ \sqrt{0.2304} + \sqrt{0.1764} } = 1
