I thinks example is best for solving question himself

Let's calculate the mass:

a) 20 g of Phosphorus

b) 5 moles of H2O

We know, No. of Moles = MassMolar Mass

No. of moles = 5

Molar mass of H2O = (2 x 1) + (1 x 16) = 2 + 16 = 18 g/mol

Therefore, Mass of 5 moles of H2O = 5 mol x 18 g/mol = 90 g

3) 12 x 1024 atoms of Hydrogen

One mole of H atom, NA = 6.023 x 1023

Therefore, we know,

total atoms = MassMolar Mass x NA

Thus, 12 x 1024 = Mass1 x 6.022 x 1023(because Molar Mass of H = 1 g/mol)

Mass = 12 x 10246.022 x 1023 = 1.992 x 1024-23 = 1.992 x 10 = 19.92 g ≈2 g
