Non-terminating

as you have put ... after 333 which means that 3 repeats forever.

Also,

It is a rational number, Since it can be expressed in the form of p/q where p & q are co-primes and q ≠ 0

x = 0.33333...

===> 10x = 3.3333

===> x = 3/9

===> x = 1/3
