Therefore,

Speed= (12/60) m/s[Speed= Distance/ Time]

= 0.2m/s

(i) Distance travelled in 20 min= (0.2 X 20 X 60)m

= 240m

(ii) Distance travelled in 22.5 min= (0.2 X 22.5 X 60)m

= 270m

(iii)Distance travelled in 25 min= (0.2 X 25 X 60)m

= 300m

since radius of the circular path is 12 m

therefore circumference of the path equals to 2 pi r

i.e., (2 X 22/7 X 12)m

Therefore displacement:[distance/circumference]

(i) {240/(2 X 22/7 X 12)}m

= 3.18m

(ii) {270/(2 X 22/7 X 12)}m

= 3.57m

(iii) {300/(2 X 22/7 X 12)}m

= 3.98m
