0.4 ( x + 3 ) - 0.2( x - 1 ) = 3x + 3

 \frac{4(x + 3)}{10}  -  \frac{2(x  - 1)}{10}  = 3x + 3 \\  \\  = >  \frac{4x + 12 - 2x + 2}{10} =  3x + 3 \\  \\  = > 2x + 14 = 30x + 30 \\  \\  => 14 - 30 = 30x - 2x \\  \\  =>  - 16 =  28x \\  \\  = >  -  \frac{16}{28}  = x \\  \\  =>  \frac{ - 9}{14}  = x
