Volume(V) = 24.63 litres

Temperature(T) = 27°C = 300K

Gas Constant(R) = 0.0821 litre•atm/K•mole

No. of moles(n) = [?]

By applying Ideal gas equation,

PV = nRT

Therefore, n = PV / RT

So, n = 10 * 23.63 / 0.0821 * 300

So, n =10 moles
