3BaCl2 +2Na3PO4-----> Ba3(PO4)2 +6 NaCl

3 moles of Bacl2 reacts with 2 moles of Na3PO4 gives 1 mole of Ba3(PO4)2

then 0.5 moles of BaCl2 will react with 2/3×0.5=0.33 moles of Na3PO4

but we have only 0.2 moles

hence Na3PO4 is a limiting reagent

as 2 moles of Na3PO4 give 1 mole of Ba3(PO4)2

then 0.2 moles will give 0.1 moles of Ba3(PO4)2

hence the answer is 0.1

I hope this helps ( ╹▽╹ )
