A.5) One day when grand father was to go to collect his pension in Saharanpur, he decided to take Toto along with him. A big black canvas kit bag was arranged to take Toto so that he could not escape. On the way Saharanpur, Toto suddenly poke his head out of the bag which resulted in payment of three rupees to the railway ticket collector. The ticket collector called Toto a dog as the monkey did not qualify the category of human being.

A.6) Toto is the nuisance in the house as he trouble all his family members as well as all the domestic animals and other pets. He destroyed every thing that he could lay his hand on be it clothes utensils Food or home furnishings and prove to be a very costly pet.

A.7) Grandmother always fussed when grand father brought home some new birds or animals. So it was decide that Toto's presence should be kept a secret from her until she was arranged n a particularly good mood. Grandfather put Toto away in a little closet opening into bedroom wall, where he was tied securely or so we thought to a peg fastened into the wall.
