• According to the question,
0.5i + 0.8j + Ck is a unit vector , implies it's magnitude is equals to 1 therefore,
√(0.5)^2 + (0.8)^2 + c^2 = 1
0.25 + 0.64 + C^2 = 1
C^2 = 1 - 0.89
C^2 = 0.11
C = √0.11
therefore the value of C is √0.11
