Circumference will be the distance covered in one revolution.

Hence,

2πr=2*22/7*42 = 264cm^2

a)Hence in 700

revolutions=700*264=184800cm^2

Now 3km 960m=3000m+960m=3960m

Hence,

Revolutions will be 3960/264=15revolutions
