In both Brazil and India, the population is unevenly distributed depending on the physiography with densely forested areas having lesser density. Brazil is least populated around the Amazon basin while India is least populated along with the Himalayan mountain range.

Modern means of communication provides entertainment and creates awareness among people about various national programmes and policies. It inlude radio television news paper etc . today social medias aswell as mass mefia developed a lot . phones was introduced in that now we get every information.

Deforestation is the leading cause for the destruction of forests which in turn affects the environment badly. Other issues include deforestation in the basin, illegal wildlife trade, air and water pollution, land degradation caused by mining activities, wetland degradation and severe oil spills, among others.
