f(x) = 2{x}^{3} - 3 {x}^{2}   + ax + b

as  \: 0 \: is \: a \: root \: of \: f(x)

f(0) = 0

2  \times {0}^{3}  - 3  \times {0}^{2}  + a \times 0 + b = 0

b = 0

then \: f(1) = 0 \: according \: to \: the \: question

2 \times  {1}^{3}  - 3 \times  {1}^{2}  + a \times 1 + b = 0

as \: b = 0

2 - 3 + a  + 0 = 0

a = 1

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

0 is the root

so constant term b =0

1 is a root

2[1]^3 -3[1]^2 +a[1] +0 =0

2-3 +a=0

       a=3 -2

      a=1
