2)we have seen rise of many caste groups forward or backward caste groups who with a support of caste based parties have been influencing the decisions of the government

3) these groups have also entered into bargaining and negotiations among themselves for the purpose of wielding more  more power.

4)the dalits have acquired political consciousness and have been pressing government with their demand for better treatment for example reservation

disadvantages

1)we have seen rise of caste-ism which regards as the basis of society and believes people belonging to one caste form one community whose interest is different from those of another caste.
