factors which makes India a secular state it is its freedom people have freedom to speak anything to criticize the government by saying him or her anything and secular means the rule of the people there is no rule by any monarchy and dictatorship people have their own rules and they can follow their own relation but under the constitution and the rules are same and sum of its factor which make India secular states are people can choose their own Government and the government will replace after every 5 years and if they like the government they can again the elected but if they do not like the work of the common they can relax elect some another government for their work and if they again don't like it then next after 5 years I can elect another in this week this is the main feature of the secular state which makes India a secular state
