Yes,zero is rational, because you can write it as
0/a, where a is any nonzero integer. Any such number
is rational.

Yes,it is because it can be written 0/3 or 0/48, etc.So according to the definition of rational numbers,0 is a rational number. Hope it helps and pls mark as the best answer. :-)
