The world has evolved over the course of many years, one thing that did change in the world is transportation. Cars and tractors have also made a big impact on how we live today. For example traveling by car to Carolina from Georgia in a car would only take 36 hr but traveling by boat or wagon would take months.

In my opinion cars and tractors had an impact on transportation because they began to affect the everyday life of people and farmers. Tractors not only changed the way the land was worked, but also the crops farmers grew, before farmers had to plant oats for the horses and mules so that they could get fed. Cars made it where people could travel at ease without having to worry about getting stuck in some bad weather on sea because they would be traveling on land. Cars also made it where people could reach their destination/wherever they wanted/a lot faster than it would originally take.

One reason why I believe that cars have had an impact on the world today /transportation is because in the text,"The Car Catalyst"it says,”The car gave people the opportunity to travel easily and without much cost." I chose this piece of information because it states that people could travel easily without having to worry about any casualty of traveling in wagon or boat, meaning that it would put their lives at less of a risk.

Another supporting detail on how tractors had an impact on the world,"Tracing the Tractors Legacy" is that,"The tractor is comparable to the automobile in its impact on the economy of the united states.'’ I chose that piece of information because the text is basically saying that not only did it impact the farming industry,it also impacted the economy.

All in all ,tractors and cars have had a positive impact on the world/economy & transportation. Those were my persuasive reasoning's on how I think that cars and tractors impacted the world.
