fossil fuels are known as the renewable resources but the rate at which we are using it the day is not far when we will have no fuels to use.though fossil fuels can be renewed but it takes thousands of years to form so once exhausted they would take millions of years to be renewed.here lies the necessity of harnessing non-conventional sources of energy like solar energy,wind energy,hydro energy etc. they are eco friendly and would continue to meet our needs until the sun gets exhausted.they are promising sources of energy that would help us exist on this earth
