Answer: no rexn will take place

Explanation: on finding E°cell comes to be

-ve. And deltaG°=-nfE°cell. As Ecell comes to be -ve Delta G becomes +ve and deltaG+ve is criteria for non spontaneous rexn thats why no rexn witt take place
