Given data:  The width of the door of the living room is 0.75cm.

To find: Actual length in meters.

Calculation :

As per the given data,

Width = 0.75 cm

As per the previous scenario, [attachment in the link], it is given that:

In the original dimensions, The floor plan of 1.5 cm is equivalent to 3m.

As 1.5 cm -> 3 m

     0.75 cm -> ? m  : Let it be 'x' meters.

Applying cross multiplication, we will get the value of x, which is the actual length of the living room's door on the floor plan.

      x = (0.75 x 3) / 1.5

      x = 3/2

      x = 1.5 m

Therefore, the actual length of the living room's door on the floor plan is 1.5 meters.

Solution:

1.5 cm on the floor plan is equivalent to 3 m on the actual dimension

1 cm  on the floor plan is equivalent to 3/1.5  = 2 m

0.75 cm   on the floor plan is equivalent to = 2 * 0.75 = 1.5 m

if the width of the door of the living room is 0.75 CM on the floor plan its actual length in metres. = 1.5

1.5 cm on the floor plan is equivalent to 3 m on the actual dimension

1 m = 100 cm

=>  1.5 cm on the floor plan is equivalent to 300 cm

=> 1 cm on the floor plan is equivalent to 300/1.5 = 200 cm
