Autotrophic mode of nutrition is that mode of nutrition where an organism make its own food with the help of simple inorganic matter(carbon die oxide and water)and sunlight present in the surroundings.For ex - All Green Plants.

Heterotrophic mode of nutrition is that mode of nutrition in which an organism can’t make its own food and depend on other organism for food.For ex-Lion,tiger etc.
