Firstly, draw a parallel line to divide trapezium into a parallelogram and triangle
Then find the area of triangle [Heron’s formula] and after it, find height of the triangle [1/2 * Base * Height] and add both the areas , or you can apply the forumla of trapezium’s area [ 1/2* [sum of parallel sides] * Height]
Then you have to write :
Area of parallelogram = B*H
=11.2*10.
=112m^2
Area of trapezium = area of triangle + area of parallelogram
= 112+84
=196m^2
