The pronoun (I) has been changed to "He" (since the speaker himself pointing as the doer). The tense of the verb is Present Perfect Tense. So, it has been changed to "Past perfect Tense", i.e, 'have done' has been changed to "had done". Finally, the sentence has been ended with a full stop (.).
