1st way before the delivery if I decide to take money before the delivery,the

customer might think that I am going to not deliver the products,and do a spam. that may cause loss

after the delivery

in this option , the customer can check the product and get satisfy on the same. Because of this I will gain the customer trust and profit.

I think as an owner I'll choose 2nd option
