Answer:

joint A i.e knee is different from joint B i.e rib cage

since the knee joint is a synovial joint which allows movement of bones

while the rib cage joint is a cartilagenous joint which does not allow any movement i.e it's protective in function

knee joint is located between the femur bone and fibia tibula bones in the lower appendicular skeleton

while the rib cage joint is present between the ribs and the sternum in the axial skeleton
