let the common value be x.

Since, sin=Perpendicular/height

therefore, sin=3x/5x where 3x=Perpendicular and 5x=height.

we already have perpendicular and height, we now need the base.

By Pythagoras theorem,

a =  {5x }^{2}  -  {3x}^{2}

a = 4x

therefore, P=3x,H=5x and B=4x.

1. cos A= base/height

cos A= 4x/5x or 4/5.

2. tan A= P/B

tan A= 3x/4x or 3/4.
