035. The 8" term of an AP is zero. Prove that its 38" tem is triple its 18" term.​

let the term be x

a18=a+17d=x.......(2)

a38=a+37d=3x.....(3)

a8=a+7d=0......(1)

from 1

a=-7d

now substitute it 2 and 3

then

-7d+17d=x

10d=x.....(4)

-7d+37d=3x

30d=3x.....(5) = (10*3d=10*3x)

from 4 and 5

we can conclude that

38 term is triple of 18 term
