Avogadro's number is equivalent to one mole. One mole is equivalent to 6.02 x 10^23 atoms of that element. Additionally, all of the atomic mass numbers on the periodic table are the mass equivalent to one mole of the element.Therefore, in order to calculate the amount of moles into grams you would find out that manganese has an atomic mass of 54.94 grams. Here is the calculation:

4.04 moles ( 54.94 grams/1 mole) = 221.96 grams Manganese
