a. Lead even if above hydrogen in the activity series, it does not react

The surface of metallic lead is protected by a thin layer of lead oxide PbO. This renders the lead essentially insoluble in sulfuric acid. Lead reacts slowly with hydrochloric acid and nitric acid.

since both sodium and potassium are very reactive metals therefore when their reaction takes place with dilute hydrochloric acid or dilute sulphuric acid, they react vigorously and releases large amount of heat, which can be harmful
