Answer:

a. What is the difference between Respiration and Photosynthesis?

Respiration is a complex process which includes absorption of oxygen, conversion of complex substances to carbon dioxide and water, release of energy and thereby loss of weight whereas in photosynthesis, complex  carbohydrates are built up from simpler substances like carbon dioxide and water with release of oxygen

• Respiration takes place in all the living beings, but photosynthesis occurs mainly in plants and other organisms with chloroplasts.

• Oxygen is released in photosynthesis while it is consumed in respiration.

• Carbon dioxide is released in respiration while it is consumed in photosynthesis.

b. Trypsin

c. Lack of oxygen in muscles often lead to cramps among cricketers because if there is lack of oxygen is starts anerobic resipiration and starts producing lactic acid and the large amount of lactic acid lead to cramps among cricketers.

d.  Peristaltic movement is the contraction and relaxation of the muscles in the food pipe which brings the food down the pipe and into the stomach

e. The movement of dissolved substances within a plant, usually from the site of synthesis or uptake to centres of growth or storage.
