Hi friend_________..

Given:

Discount%=20%

Selling Price = 1600

Solution:

Let Market price = x

  \boxed{\rm \: Discount = Market \:  price - Selling \:  Price }

Discount = (x-1600)

 \boxed{ \rm \: Discount\% = \frac{Discount}{Market  \: price}×100}

 \large \tt \: 20 =  \frac{(x - 1600)}{x}  \times 100

 \large \tt \:  \frac{20}{100} x = (x - 1600)

 \large \tt \:  \frac{1}{5} x = (x - 1600)

 \large \tt \: 1600 = x -  \frac{x}{5}

 \large \: \tt \: 1600 =  \frac{5x - x}{5}

 \large \tt \: 1600 \times 5 = 5x - x

 \large \tt \: 8000 = 4x

 \large \tt \: \frac{8000}{4}  =x

 \boxed{ \large \sf \: x = 2000}
