So for this question first take out the LCM of 4 and 2 which will be 4 then the first fraction will remain the same because the denominator is already 4 and second fraction will become 22/4 now add 22 and 23 which will equal to 45/4 and then multiply by 2 which will be 90/4 and then divide 90 by which will be equal to 22.5
