09. In a physics classroom, a teacher told students that when a cricket player want to catch a ball then first
he rub the hands. Thus, there is less chance of slipping the ball from hards.
Explain the reason of not slipping of ball from hands.
If the player makes his hands oily instead of rubbing them. Would he able to catch the ball.why?

The player is able to create friction by rubbing his hands and thus he is able to catch the ball easily but if his hands will be oily, very less friction will be produced. So, there will be more chances of the ball slipping from his hands.
