Given ,

 \rm Money \: earned = ₹ 50,000

 \rm \: Money \: spent \: in\% = 75\%

 \sf \: Money  \: spent \:  in \:  ₹ = 75\% \: of \: 50,000 \\  \rm \:   \implies \sf \frac{75}{1 \cancel{00}}  \times 50,0 \cancel{00} \\  \implies \sf \: 75 \times 500 = ₹ \: 37,500

Money saved by Mr. Malik = Total money earned - money spent.

⟹ ₹ 50,000 - ₹ 37,500

 \therefore ₹ 12,500

So, Mr. Malik spent ₹ 37,500 per month and saves ₹ 12,500 per month.

Given :-

Total salary of Malik :- ₹50000

Percent of spent money :- 75%

\:

To Find :-

Amount spent and saved by Mr. Malik

\:

How to do :-

Here, we are given with the total salary of a person named Mr.Malik. We are also given with the percentage of spent income from his salary. We are asked to find out the salary spent by him and also the salary saved by him. So, first we should find the salary spent by him as we are given with the percent of spent income. Later, to find the saved income we'll just subtract the total income and the spent income. So, let's solve!!

\:

Solution :-

Money spent by Malik :-

{\tt \leadsto 75 \bf\% \: \: \tt of \: \: 50000}

Write the percentage form as fractional form and 'of' as multiplication sign.

{\tt \leadsto \dfrac{75}{100} \times 50000}

Write the fraction in lowest form by cancellation method.

{\tt \leadsto \cancel \dfrac{75}{100} \times 50000 = \dfrac{3}{4} \times 50000}

Write the denominator and the whole number in lowest form by cancellation method.

{\tt \leadsto \dfrac{3}{\cancel{4}} \times \cancel{50000} = \dfrac{3}{1} \times 12500}

Multiply the remaining numbers.

{\tt \leadsto 3 \times 12500 = \pink{\underline{\boxed{\tt Rs \: \: 37500}}}}

\:

Now, find the money saved by Malik by simply subtracting the total income and the spent income.

Money saved by Malik :-

{\tt \leadsto 50000 - 37500}

Subtract to get the amount of money saved by him.

{\tt \leadsto \pink{\underline{\boxed{\tt Rs \: \: 12500}}}}

\:

Hence solved !!
