It is because, Plants grow in soil and we eat food from the plant. Not only that, Soil is also home to many organisms such as, earthworms, fungi, bacteria, snails etc. Thus, it is called as one of the inseperable part of life.

Soil is the most important natural resource for many organisms. Without soil no crop would be grown, which later leads to death of organisms because no organisms can live without food.

Soil helps us in many ways from ancient period. Without soil we cannot imagine our live on this earth.
