Solution:

At Hundredth's place

Digit = 5

Place value = 5*100 = 500

At Ten's place

Digit = 1

Digit = 3

At First Decimal place

Digit = 1

Place value = 1*10^{-1} = 0.1

At Second Decimal place

Digit = 9
