the time interval from onset of  p-wave to onset of Q wave is 0.2 seconds, and from onset of Q wave and onset of T wave time interval is 0.2 seconds. adding both we get 0.4 seconds. if you see the ECG you can easliy calculate by taking the time when T wave starts subtracting time at which  

p wave starts i.e  0 sec. so it would be 0.4-0 =0.4 seconds.
