Abstract
The invention discloses a preparation method of 1,1,2,3-tetrachloropropene. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: (a) performing dehydrochlorination reaction on 1,1,1,3,3-pentachloropropane and alkali liquor according to a mass ratio of 6:1 to obtain 1,3,3,3-tetrachloro-1-propylene, wherein the reaction temperature is 60-150 DEG C, the reaction pressure is 0.1-0.5MPa, the reaction time is 2-6 hours, and the mass percentage concentration of the alkali liquor is 20-60%; (b) performing isomerization reaction on the 1,3,3,3-tetrachloro-1-propylene obtained in the step (a) and a catalyst according to a mass ratio of (25-50):1 to obtain 2,3,3,3-tetrachloro-1-propylene, wherein the reaction temperature is 60-150 DEG C, and the reaction time is 1-3 hours; (c) performing isomerization reaction on the 2,3,3,3-tetrachloro-1-propylene obtained in the step (b) and a catalyst according to a mass ratio of (25-50):1 to obtain the 1,1,2,3-tetrachloropropene, wherein the reaction temperature is 80-200 DEG C, and the reaction time is 1-3 hours.
