1 1/2 litres of WATER = 3/4 of a can
4/4 or 1 full can = ( 1 1/2 / 3 ) * 4
1 1/2 = 3/2 litres

3/2 divided by 3

3/2 * 1/3 = 1/2 litres of water for 1/4 of the can
3/4 is full so to fill the remaining 1/4 we need 1/2 litres of Water

Ans. The amount of water needed to fill it completely is 1/2 litres of water making 2 litres of water in total.
